Statewide Travel Model Training

As part of Caltrans' Model Improvement Plan, a contract with ULTRANS was executed to provide for training workshops. The training is split into three "tiers".

Tier 1

Tier 1 is an intensive program that explored the model in detail and which was attended by Caltrans and California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff.

Tier 2

Tier 2 is a 4-hour training workshop covering basic model construction, operation and outputs for model appliers.

Tier 3

Tier 3 is a 2-hour workshop for state policy makers so that they can understand how the new statewide model may be utilized to meet their needs.
