Projects programmed in the STIP, TCRP, CMIA or route 99 Bond may be amended to revise scope, cost, schedule or implementing agency upon approval by the California Transportation Commission (CTC). Projects may also be added to or deleted from these programs, although specific rules apply to each Program. Click on the General Instructions below or contact your HQ Programming Liaison.
