CALTRANS ANNOUNCES WINNING TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS
Sacramento - Caltrans Director Will Kempton has announced the thirteen winning projects for the 2006 California Department of Transportation’s winning projects for Excellence in Transportation.
In commending the winners for their excellent projects, Director Kempton stated, “The annual awards are highly regarded within the transportation industry because they recognize projects that are among the best anywhere. Caltrans is committed to enhancing mobility on the state’s transportation system and we work with our stakeholders at all levels to ensure California motorists are offered the mobility choices they require to meet their daily transportation needs.”
