P69. Submit DES Project Fact Sheet

The District Project Manager initiates a request for DES resources by completing a DES Project Fact Sheet Package and submitting it to the Project Coordination Engineer (PCE). The package has three checklist forms to be completed by the project manager. The first form is the "DES Project Fact Sheet". The other two forms may or may not be required. If the project will have structure design, or photogrammetry, an "Office of Structure Design Request Form" or a "Photogrammetry Request Form" is to be completed also by the District Project Manager. The request forms provide critical project information for DES functional units to develop good resource estimate for the anticipated work.

The completed DES Project Fact Sheet Package should be sent to the PCE. The "DES Project Fact Sheet", the "Request Form for Photogrammetry" and the "Request Form for Structure Design" can be obtained from the PCE. They are also available on the DES Program/Project and Resource Management website.
