Inquiry #2: There is no line item for removing yellow hazardous stripe, however section 14-11.07 is found within the special provisions. Will the yellow stripe need to be removed prior to the pavement grinding, and if so, how will it be paid?

Response #2: The existing pavement delineation will be removed with the cold planing operation. Refer also to Section 15-1.03B "Residue Containing Lead from Paint and Thermoplastic" of the Revised Standard Specifications.
