Submit new inquiry for this projectInquiry #1: Per section 4 Beginning of Work, Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages, the contractor shall start work on the 15th day after contract approval. Our concern and question is: This does not give us enough time to procure the truss and sign panels to start and complete the project within 60 working days, could more time be added for procurement?
