Response #1:From Section 2-1.06B Supplemental Project Information of the 2010 Standard Specifications,

    If bridge as-built drawings are available:

    1. For a project in District 1 through 6 or 10, you may request them from the Office of Structure Maintenance and Investigations, fax (916) 227-8357.

Inquiry #4: Will an item for "Lead Compliance Plan" be added to the bid schedule?

Response #2:A lead compliance plan is required by section 14-11.08A(2)(b) of the special provisions.

The lead compliance plan is not a separate pay item. Payment for the lead compliance plan is included in payment for the contract bid items as specified in section 9-1.03 of the Standard Specifications.
