    If bridge as-built drawings are available:

Response #2:A lead compliance plan is required by section 14-11.08A(2)(b) of the special provisions.

The lead compliance plan is not a separate pay item. Payment for the lead compliance plan is included in payment for the contract bid items as specified in section 9-1.03 of the Standard Specifications.
