Inquiry #1: Hinges at the following locations have interference with the existing storage building: A2-80, A2-83, E5-83. At these locations temporary supports & falsework conflict with the existing storage units.
Please provide the following:
1. Access Agreements & timing with the storage units owners.
2. Location of falsework & temporary supports so it does not conflict with the storage operation & access.
Without appropriate & timely response we cannot design the temporary supports & falsework. Your prompt response is requested.

Inquiry #2: We had previously submitted a bidder's inquiry to get some clarification regarding this contract & was told that a third addendum would be issued regarding these questions. The bid date is now two weeks away & still no addendum. Two weeks is insufficient time to design a falsework system & estimate the job properly. We reguest that when an addendum is issued it will include a bid date postponement.

Inquiry #3: Special Provision Add to section 15-4.01C(2)(a) discusses removal of the pipe seat extenders and cable restrainers in relation to the "holiday weekend road closure". Section 12 restricts road closures on holiday weekends. Please clarify this conflict.

Response #2:The"Lane Closure Restriction for Designated Holidays and Special Days" table in section 12-4.04 restricts closures on designated holidays, excluding Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. In other words, closures are not restricted on these three holiday weekends. Please refer to the legend at the bottom of the table. Also, see Addendum 3.
