Inquiry #2: Special Provisions page 7 states "Replace Reserved in section 10-1.03 of RSS for section 10-1 with: At the North Sacramento Viaduct, Bridge No. 24-0100L, conduct your work activities such that access to the work is done only from the deck."
Additionally the plans are erroneous on sheet 15 of 16 North Sacramento Viaduct, Bridge No. 24-0100L, as it does not depict, nor give dimensions of, what appears to be an adjacent light rail bridge.
The Contractor must assume that only the work that can be reached by standing on the deck will be completed, unless a change is authorized.
Please confirm, or describe how access is to be achieved?
