Local Assistance Procedures Manual—LAPM

The Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) is issued in July and January of each year beginning July 2015.  In the past it had been continuously updated through Local Assistance Procedures (LPP’s) since its original release in February 1998. It describes the various procedures required to process Federal and State funded local transportation projects.
