The Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration will be releasing eight Notices of Proposed Rulemakings (NPRMs) relating to performance measures under MAP 21 in 2014. Caltrans is committed to having conversations with its local partners, Native American tribes, and stakeholders on the impacts of these proposed regulations in order to provide effective feedback to the federal government on the final form the regulations should take.
