As a team and in partnership with others, our mission is to maintain and enhance the operations of the State Highway System within Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare Counties in a safe and efficient manner. We take actions and respond to the needs and concerns of our customers, investigate traffic operations problem areas, develop real strategies for improvements, plan operations projects for the future, and initiate projects that yield to positive improvements.
