Q5) Will the deflection limits be CBC standard?

Q6) The oil specified for this project is 70-10 with 3/4" aggregate. The oil that is used for this altitude (per Caltrans specification) is PG64-28. We have gone through this situation on previous projects and it has always been adjusted to the PG64-28. Can we assume this will be the case this time? Otherwise a very expensive mix design will have to be figured in our proposal. Also 1/2" aggregate is more typically used in patching, is this acceptable as well?

Q7) Can you provide an approved Cal-Trans supplier / manufacturer for the Clarifier shown on Dwg pages DD-1 and DD-2. The pre-cast companies contacted claim their product is not approved by Cal-Trans.
