Q1) these limited work hours does't make sense. There is almost no traffic on this location of work. Check the traffic count. It will double the cost to do this job. I will call the District Director if this is not changed. The last time this location was chiped sealed was 23 years ago. The hours of work should be 7am to 7pm 5 days a week.

Q2) There is new SSP's for Modified Binder, Equiptment to be used and drum Plants can be used. There needs to be an addinium sent out. Bill Moses has a copy of the new specification. These were to be put in all new Speceal Provisions for Modified Binder chip seals.
