Bidders are cautioned that subsequent responses or contract addenda may affect or vary a response previously given.

Q1) As per the Special Provisions page 108, section 4. The number of working days ( 50 ) is very aggresive and unreasonable to perform the amount of work under this contract. Adding working days ( up to 15-20 ) should be considered.

A) The number of working days will remain the same, please bid it accordingly.

Q2) The number of working days ( 50 ) is a very aggressive schedule due to the square meters to be ground plus the other work that is associated with this project. A new contract has been advertised on Route 41 ( 06-0c6604 ) that includes 66500 M2 of Grind Existing Pcc with 30 working days and longer working hours.

Q3) Caltrans consideration to add working days will increase competetion and not limit the amount of Bidders on this project.
