Q1) In specification section 12-2.1 Removing Portions Of Existing Facilities Part-3 Execution under Disposal states, "Materials that are to be removed, shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be disposed of outside the highway right of way in accordance with the requirements in Section 7-1.13. "Disposal of Material Outside the Highway Right of Way." of the Standard Specifications. a. Please provide the missing Specification Section 7-1.13.

Q2) b. On drawing sheet A1-1 it calls out for the existing two fuel delivery systems to be removed by the Contractor. Who is responsible for the disposal of the existing fuel delivery systems?

Q3) c. Will the equipment & piping that has come into contact with petroleum products need to be handled as hazardous material?

Q4)d. If the Contractor is responsible for the offsite disposal of the fuel system equipment, and piping will the state handle all paper work and fees associated with the disposal of any and all hazardous material?
