Q1) There are several ramps which have asphalt concrete which has been paved over the top of the gutter lip. The plans do not show this is existing nor do they reflect that this material has to be removed. Do we grind the asphalt in the travel way and exclude the area over the gutter?

A1) Grind the asphalt concrete on the traveled way only. 25Apr11
