Q1) Under Section 2-1.03 Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise there is no information regarding the incentives or bid comparison for meeting the 5% DVBE goal. Will an addendum be written to cover these items?

Q2) Is an impact attenuator required for this project?

A2) Per Standard Plan T17, moving lane closure will require impact attenuator. 27Dec10.

Q3) Special Provisions 10-1.15 Hot Mix Asphalt calls for Antistrip Treatment, is that correct? If it is correct, why does this project require Antistrip Treatment when other similar projects in this area have not?
