Q1) A 100 lf section of exist eroded 24" CSP is shown to have an new concrete invert installed to a depth of 4" (per detail on sht D-2). How does Caltrans envision this work being performed? The 24" pipe is barely large enough for a laborer to squeeze into, let alone wrestle a concrete pump hose and finishing tools!
