Q) Request that you provde a construction detail for the intended "non-pay" connection to bridge rail without sidewalk. Your contract documents are now incomplete. You make no refrence on pg. v to the required Standard Plan(s). Radiused (14.4m)mbgr at Sta 100+00 Los Carneros OH and (16.0 m) Sta 116+48 Glen Annie are not compatible with details shown on Standard Plans A 77 K1 and A 77K 2 that require tangental Transition Railing Type WB. We believe that there is no allowable design, nor is there a vendor who will fabricate and deliver radiused Transition Rail Tye WB components.

Q) Clarify if the " Aux. Lane" shown on plan sheet 3 of 21 is considered a "Ramp" on Traffic Chart No. 1 pg. 144 of the Special Provisions.

A) The auxiliary lane referred to on page 3 of 21 would be considered a "Ramp" on Traffic Chart No.1 of the Special Provisions.
