The availability or use of information provided in the responses to bidder's inquiries is not to be construed in any way as a waiver of the provisions of Section 2-1.03 of the Standard Specifications or any other provision of the contract, the plans, Standard Specifications or Special Provisions, nor to excuse the contractor from full compliance with those contract requirements. Bidders are cautioned that subsequent responses or contract addenda may affect or vary a response previously given.
Q1) When is this project expected to be completed?
A1) The completion date depends on when the contract work begins. Refer to Section 3-1.02, Contract Award, of the Amendments to the Standard Specifications. For project estimated costs less than $200,000, the award period is 30 days after bids open. Then refer to SECTION 4, Scope of Work: The Contractor will be notified of the date to begin work by letter from the Engineer once the contract has been approved, and will have 15 working days to complete the work. 4Jan11
Q2) What is the " 2 Bid Proposal for Unit Bid Items sheet" that is required for the checklist. I do not see this form in the packet, if it is there, what page is it. If it's something we are to supply, what is it?

Q3) I don't see any spec for the W/M fence sec 80. I see info on removing fence.
A3) Section 10-1.15 "Type WM Fence" of the Special Provisions refers to Section 80 of the Standard Specifications. Refer to Section 80-3 of the 2006 Standard Specifications for "Types BW and WM Fence." Also note the amendments to Section 80 in the Special Provisions. 4Jan11.
Q4) we do not see any specs for the fence green tee post or galvanized?
A4) Refer to Section 10-1.15 TYPE WM FENCE of the Special Provisions (Sheet 60 of the contract), which states, "Metal posts shall be galvanized." 7Jan11.
