Q1) You can not use an Asphaltic Emulsions at night. They need the sun to shine to release the water in them to cure to the emulsion. The Polymer Modified Emulsion is made with 43% water. The fog seal is cut with 50/ percent water. Read Section 37 of the General Specifications Dated 2006 pertaining to the minium surface temptures and minium air temptures. This can not be met after the sun goes down.?
