Buckman Springs Rest Area Closed Monday and Tuesday
SAN DIEGO –Crews from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the Buckman Springs Rest Area located on Interstate 8 east of Pine Valley for two days beginning Monday at 7:30 a.m.
The closure is needed for pavement repairs which are expected to be complete by the Tuesday evening commute.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and safely move over a lane when Caltrans or other emergency vehicles are displaying flashing amber lights. It's the law!
