Procurement Fair Offers Contract Opportunities For Small, Disabled Veteran and Disadvantaged Businesses
HOLTVILLE, CA – Caltrans, in partnership with the Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation, Imperial County Transportation Commission, the Imperial Valley Small Business Development Center, and the Business & Entrepreneurship Center, will host the Imperial Valley Procurement Fair on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Barbara Worth facility located at 2050 Country Club Way in Holtville.
The event is designed to give vendors, particularly certified Small Businesses and Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises, a forum in which to meet directly with buyers from Caltrans and other public agencies and an opportunity to sell/contract for goods and services.
Workshops will be held to assist business owners in the certification process and navigating the contract process.
