Special Event to Close Northbound State Route 163 Through Balboa Park Sunday Morning
SAN DIEGO – State Route 163 (SR-163) will be closed in the northbound direction from 11th Avenue in downtown San Diego to Quince Street in Balboa Park Sunday morning from 6 to 10:30 to accommodate a special event.
According to Caltrans, the connector ramps from northbound and southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) and the A Street on-ramp to northbound SR-163 will also be closed.
The event will also close the Park Boulevard and 1st Avenue on-ramps to northbound I-5 and the 10th Avenue off-ramp from southbound I-5.
