Eastbound I-8 Closed Three Nights at Winterhaven Overcrossing
WINTERHAVEN, Imperial County, CA -- Eastbound Interstate 8 at the Winterhaven Drive will be closed for three nights, starting this evening, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The three nightly closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. are needed for bridge work. Detours are in place.
Motorists are reminded to slow and move over a lane if safe when highway workers are present and displaying amber lights on their vehicles.
