Interstate 8 to State Route 67 Connector Closure
SAN DIEGO – The connector from westbound Interstate 8 (I-8) to northbound State Route 67 (SR-67) will be closed on Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The full closure will allow Maintenance crews to safely perform roadwork, landscaping and the replacement of overhead lighting on the connector.
Detour signs will be placed to assist motorists around the closures. Motorists on westbound I-8 can exit either West Main Street or southbound Magnolia Avenue to eastbound I-8 and proceed to SR-67.
