Northbound I-5 Connector to Eastbound SR-52 Closed Friday Morning
SAN DIEGO – The connector ramp from northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) to eastbound State Route 52 (SR-52) will be closed Friday from 3-6 a.m. for guardrail repair, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Signs will be posted detouring travelers to continue on northbound I-5 to exit at Gilman Drive/La Jolla Colony Drive, turn left to enter southbound I-5 to eastbound SR-52.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and safely move over a lane when Caltrans or other emergency vehicles are displaying flashing amber lights. It's the law!
