I-15 Ramps at Old Highway 395 Closed for the Weekend

SAN DIEGO – The southbound Interstate 15 (I-15) on- and off-ramps at Old Highway 395 will be closed from Friday at 9 p.m. until Monday at 5 a.m. to replace concrete slabs, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

The far right lane on I-15 will also be closed from the Pala Mesa overcrossing to the Camino Del Rey undercrossing on Friday night and on Sunday night during the same hours.

To access southbound I-15 from Old Highway 395, motorists will be detoured north on I-15 to State Route 76 and back onto southbound I-15.

Changeable Message Signs will be placed in advance to alert motorists of the closures.

Drivers are reminded to slow and safely move over a lane when they see flashing amber lights and when highway workers are present. Help protect the lives of workers in the Cone Zone.
