Day Closures on the Northbound I-5 to SR-76 Connector

SAN DIEGO – The connector ramp between northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) and both directions of State Route 76 (SR-76) will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for day-time roadway repairs, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

Signs will be posted to detour motorists to northbound I-5 to Harbor Drive to southbound I-5 to either westbound or eastbound SR-76.

An alternate route to eastbound SR-76 is northbound I-5 to eastbound Mission Avenue to eastbound SR-76.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and safely move over a lane when they see Caltrans or other emergency vehicles displaying flashing amber lights. It's the law!
