One-Way Traffic Control Continues Daily on SR-78 in Julian
SAN DIEGO – Motorists traveling on State Route 78 between Old Julian Highway and Main Street / Washington Street in Julian can expect delays today through Thursday from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. as one-way traffic control continues to be in effect for a paving operation.
“We are starting the work an hour earlier than usual each day so that we can complete the work before the busy holiday weekend,” said Caltrans spokesperson Edward Cartagena.
Motorists are asked to use caution as they are directed through the area and to watch for highway workers.
