Full Closures Will Continue on State Route 67
SAN DIEGO – Nighttime closures of State Route 67 between Prospect and Woodside avenues will continue Sunday through Thursday from 9 until 5 the next morning. Construction crews will also close the southbound on-ramp from Magnolia Avenue beginning an hour earlier at 8.
The northbound Prospect Avenue off-ramp and Bradley Avenue on-ramp will also be closed from 10 each night until 5 in the morning, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The closures will allow workers to erect frames for the new ramp that will connect northbound SR-67 to the westbound lanes of the new SR-52 highway currently under construction.
The work is part of the SR-52 Sunny Side Gateway project scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
Crews will place detour signs to assist motorists around the closures.
