Crews Continue to Remove Falsework on State Route 67
SAN DIEGO – Crews from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) continue to remove bridge false work on State Route 67. The highway will be closed between Prospect and Woodside avenues Sunday night starting at 9 and continue for the next four nights with crews reopening the highway at 5 each morning. Construction crews will also close the southbound Magnolia Avenue on-ramp at 8. In addition, on Thursday night crews will close the northbound Prospect Avenue off-ramp at 10.
The work is part of the SR-52 Sunny Side Gateway project that is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
Crews will place detour signs to assist motorists around the closures.
