State Route 67 Closed Wednesday Night
SAN DIEGO – Highway construction crews from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close all lanes of State Route 67 between Prospect and Woodside avenues Wednesday night at 9 until 5 Thursday morning.
The following ramps will also be closed beginning one hour earlier at 8 and reopening at 5 Thursday morning:
- Northbound SR-67 on-ramp from Bradley Avenue.
- Northbound SR-67 off-ramp to Prospect Avenue.
- Southbound SR-67 on-ramp from Magnolia Avenue.
The closures will allow highway workers to remove temporary construction barriers. Crews have been constructing new bridges in the area as part of the State Route 52 Sunny Side Gateway Project that will provide a new link from inland San Diego to Santee.
Detour signs will be in place to assist motorists around the closures.
