I-15 Express Lanes Closed

SAN DIEGO – The Interstate 15 Express Lanes between State Route 163 and State Route 56 are closed due to inclement weather, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The lanes normally operate in the northbound direction from noon to 7 p.m. on weekdays.

Caltrans engineers will monitor the weather every hour between 2 and 7 p.m. to determine when the lanes will reopen. If weather conditions do not improve the Express Lanes could remain closed for the evening commute.
