Bridge Night Work Closes SR-67

SAN DIEGO – State Route 67 (SR-67) is scheduled for full freeway closures this week as construction crews remove bridge falsework as part of the SR-52 Sunny Side Gateway Project, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The highway will be closed in the northbound and southbound directions Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings between Prospect and Woodside avenues from 9 to 5 the following morning.

Caltrans is also closing the southbound Magnolia Avenue on-ramp at 8 p.m. as well as the northbound Bradley Avenue on-ramp and the northbound Prospect Avenue off-ramp at 10 p.m. Ramps will reopen each morning at 5.

Crews will place detour signs to assist motorists around the closures.
