Carroll Canyon Road Bridge Over I-15 Closed this Friday Night
SAN DIEGO – The Carroll Canyon Road bridge over Interstate 15 (I-15) will be closed in both the eastbound and westbound directions beginning Friday at 9 p.m. and ending Saturday at 9 a.m., according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The detours for surface street traffic are as follows:
- Traffic west of I-15 on Carroll Canyon Road: Motorists will head northbound on Black Mountain Road to eastbound Mira Mesa Boulevard to northbound I-15, or continue to southbound Scripps Ranch Boulevard to reach Carroll Canyon Road.
- Traffic east of I-15 on Carroll Canyon Road: Motorists will head northbound on Scripps Ranch Boulevard to westbound Mira Mesa Boulevard to southbound I-15, or continue to southbound on Black Mountain Road to reach Carroll Canyon Road.
