District 7 Rental Properties

Rental Properties - Pasadena, South Pasadena and Los Angeles

All applicants over the age of 18 are required to submit a complete rental application (download form below), a current Credit Report with FICO Score, pay stubs for last two months, a copy of driver’s license (or California ID), a copy of applicant’s social security card, and a signed copy of the form entitled, “Request for copy of Personal Income Tax of Fiduciary Return” (download form below). Applicants who are self-employed are required to submit income tax returns for the last 2 years. Please note that incomplete packages will be rejected.

Tenants are responsible for all utility charges. The rental rates charged do not include utilities. Applicants with pets are also required to submit a PET APPLICATION (download below) along with a color photo of all pets. Only approved applicants will be shown properties, if available. All other approved applications will remain on file for 6 months in case other properties become available.
