Small Business Program

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), District 5, is actively seeking Small Business (SB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) owners to provide goods and services.  District 5 includes the counties of Monterey, San Benito, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz.  It is Caltrans policy to enhance the sales and contracting opportunities for Small Businesses, Disadvantaged Businesses and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise owners.
