Transportation System Development Plan
The District 5 Transportation System Development Plan (TSDP) addresses State Highway and other model improvements needed to maintain regional mobility, decrease traffic congestion, and improve system wide connectivity. The TSDP is one of the District's primary system planning documents, and is coordinated with the District System Management Plan (DSMP), the Transportation Concept Reports (TCRs), and the Corridor System Management Plans (CSMPs); it offers greater detail than the DSMP, but presents a more comprehensive view than the TCRs and CSMPs.
