District System Management Plans

The District System Management Plan (DSMP) is the District’s vision of how the transportation system will be maintained, managed, and developed over the next 20 years. It provides a vehicle for the development of multimodal, multijurisdictional system strategies. The DSMP is developed with the goals of increasing safety and health, stewardship and efficiency, sustainability, livability, and economy, system performance, and organizational excellence.
