California Transportation Plan (CTP)

The California Transportation Plan (CTP) is a statewide, long-range transportation plan for meeting our future mobility needs. The CTP defines goals, policies, and strategies to achieve our collective vision for California's future transportation system. This plan, with a minimum 20-year planning horizon, is prepared in response to federal and state requirements and is updated every five years. The current California Transportation Plan, the CTP 2030, is now being updated for a 2035 planning horizon.
