Night Work Continues on SR-67 Dye Road
SAN DIEGO—Caltrans crews have scheduled night work with lane closures on State Route 67 (SR-67) at Dye Road/Highland Valley Road in Ramona, Tuesday through Thursday at 7 p.m.-5 a.m. for drainage installation.
The lane closures on SR-67 will require one-way traffic control through the intersection. Flaggers will be in place to direct traffic. Motorists can expect slower moving traffic during the closures.
The work is part of the SR-67 Dye Road/Highland Valley Road Improvement Project that will widen SR-67 from one lane to two lanes in each direction, additional turn pockets will also be provided.
Construction is expected to be completed in summer. More information about the SR-67 Dye Road/Highland Valley Road Interchange Project may be found at http://www.dot.ca.gov/d11/projects/67_DyeRoad.pdf.
Motorists are reminded to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment in the project area. The work schedule is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
